Christine Hurley
Christine Hurley is an associate attorney at Spano Dawicki & Witt, LLC with a passion for serving her community. Born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, Christine still calls it home today.
Christine brings a robust background in Social Security advocacy to the firm. Before joining Spano Dawicki & Witt, LLC, she tirelessly represented hundreds of clients in disability hearings across the nation. Since 2015, Christine has shifted her focus to special needs and estate planning, MassHealth, asset protection, real estate, probate, and elder law.
Recognized as a rising star by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2018, Christine’s dedication to elder law and estate planning has earned her national acclaim. Her selection to Rising Stars is a testament to her exceptional legal skills and commitment to her clients.
Outside of her legal practice, Christine remains deeply involved in the legal community. She shares her expertise at state and national programs on various elder law topics and provides pro bono consultations at local senior centers. A proud member of The Life Care Planning Law Firms Association and The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Christine is also accredited by The Department of Veterans Affairs to represent Veterans.
When she’s not in the office, Christine treasures spending quality time with her husband and their son, Ryan. Whether exploring new adventures or simply enjoying family moments, Christine embraces life with joy and enthusiasm.
